Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

• USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (most orders)
• UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
• UPS 2-Day: 2 business days (expedited option)

Packaging

All orders ship in discreet, unmarked outer packaging. Inner packaging uses insulated pouches with ice packs for temperature-sensitive peptides during warm weather months. Each vial is individually wrapped and cushioned.

International Shipping

We currently ship to US domestic addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and temperature-sensitive biological compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. We stand behind our quality — if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or visibly compromised product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email support@novaravita.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet entered the fulfillment queue. Contact us immediately at support@novaravita.com to request a cancellation.
