FAQ — Research Peptides
Help center
Questions, answered
Quality, testing, shipping, storage — everything researchers most often want to know before placing an order.
Quality & Testing
How do you verify purity?
Every batch is tested by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with results documented on the batch Certificate of Analysis. We will not release any batch below 98% purity. Identity is independently confirmed by mass spectrometry.
What is endotoxin testing and why does it matter?
Endotoxins are bacterial fragments that can confound research outcomes. We use the LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) assay to verify levels are below threshold on every lyophilized vial we ship.
Where is the testing performed?
Identity, purity, and endotoxin testing is performed by independent ISO 17025-accredited laboratories. Results are unbiased, traceable, and downloadable from our CoA library.
Can I see the CoA before I order?
Yes — every active SKU has a downloadable CoA in our library. The exact batch CoA matching your shipment is also included physically with your order.
Shipping & Storage
How fast do you ship?
Most domestic orders ship within one business day and arrive within two. We use cold-pack, plain-label packaging for discretion and product integrity.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International expansion is under review.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C until reconstitution. After reconstitution, store at 4°C and use within the recommended window indicated on the product page.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we replace any compromised shipments.
Orders & Account
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified up until they enter fulfillment. Once a label has been generated, modifications aren't possible — but we'll work with you on a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Compliance & Use
Are these products for human use?
No. All NOVARA products are sold as research-grade reagents intended for in-vitro and laboratory research only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Do I need to be a researcher to purchase?
You must be 18 or older and acknowledge that all products are purchased for legitimate research purposes only.
